Guidelines for presentations
Oral Presentations
Contributed talks will be grouped into session of 4-8 talks. Talks are scheduled for 15-minute time slots. We strongly encourage a presentation of no more than 12 minutes to allow three minutes for questions from the audience. The time limit will be strictly enforced to facilitate movement between sessions. Please bring your presentation on a Disk-on-key/USB-stick and make sure to upload it before your session onto the computer in the room where you are due to present. Posters Presentations Posters should be printed at AO size (841mm x 1189mm) in portrait orientation. Since a poster format is best when your material can easily be communicated visually, text should be limited to brief statements. Each presentation should make a unified, coherent statement. Materials, both textual and visual, should be of professional quality and be clearly legible from a distance. |
